Class I Recall with High Health Risk.  Zemco Industries is recalling approximately 380,000 pounds of deli meat products that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.  These products were distributed to delicatessens where they were further processed into sandwiches and sold at Walmart stores nationwide.  http://www.fsis.usda.gov/News_&_Events/Recall_049_2010_Release/index.asp
