This recall involves Technique brand enamel-coated 8-inch cast iron skillets with two pour spouts and a ribbed underside. The interior portion of the skillet is cream while the exterior was sold in three colors: sage, blue and red. The brand "Technique" is printed on the bottom of the pans.  Small pieces of the enamel coating can pop off when the skillet is heated, posing a burn hazard to consumers. Sold through: QVC's televised shopping programs, at qvc.com, and QVC retail and employee stores from August 2009 through September 2010.
