H1N1 Update

As of December 19th, 13,891 doses of H1N1 vaccine have been administered to people in the five priority groups in the Two Rivers Public Health Department District. 

Medical providers will start offering H1N1 influenza vaccine to ALL Nebraskans including those outside the five initial target groups, on Monday, December 21^st.   If you have not received an H1N1 immunization, please contact your healthcare provider.

 "This H1N1 influenza season has been very unpredictable and our typical season runs through April, so building immunity through vaccinations is important,” says Terry Krohn, Director of Two Rivers. “We don’t know when or if another wave of influenza might begin”.
