Central Nebraska Coalition Against Substance Abuse is a group of community members from six counties: Dawson, Franklin, Gosper, Harlan,
Kearney, and Phelps, in south central Nebraska, who share a common goal
of preventing underage drinking, drinking and driving, and binge
drinking.

Mission Statement
To decrease substance abuse through increased education of
adults and youth in regard to underage drinking, including the
consequences of underage drinking, the consequences of procuring, and
the relationship between underage drinking and further substance
use/abuse.
Vision
To educate adults and youth in order to improve societal norms related to substance use/abuse.
