The department is governed by an 18 member board with representatives from all seven counties.  Representatives include a county supervisor or commissioner as well as a public citizen from each county. A dentist, a physician, a veterinarian and a minority representative are also members of the board.  Board meetings are held bi-monthly in Holdrege and are open to the public.  Meeting dates and times are posted in each county's courthouse and in area newspapers  If you have questions or concerns and are unable to attend the meeting you may contact your county board member(s) or Two Rivers Public Health Department.
